Rutland Natural History Society is holding a morning walk around Oakham today to help show how climate change is affecting us.
Nationally the Botanical Society of Britain and Ireland hold a New Year plant hunt and results taken today in our county will add to the findings of thousands of plant hunters across the country as they try and find as many flowering plants as possible blooming in midwinter.
