Living With Dementia

Do you care for someone who has dementia or memory loss?

We are The Dementia Participation Group, who are made up of members of the public, aged 18+, who have lived experience of caring for a loved one living with dementia and professionals from Health and Social Care also the Admiral Nurse Team and are holding Roadshows at locations near you.
At times it is difficult to know where to get help and advice.
