Try Explorers

SSI Try Explorers at Dive Rutland is the perfect first step into the world of scuba for children aged 8+.

Designed as a fun, safe, and relaxed introduction, it gives young adventurers the chance to experience what it feels like to breathe and move underwater for the very first time.

Through simple, guided activities in a pool or confined water environment, children are introduced to basic scuba skills in a way that is playful and pressure-free. There are no tests or expectations—just exploration, encouragement, and fun.

The session is all about building confidence in the water, sparking curiosity, and helping children discover whether scuba diving is something they’d like to pursue further. With experienced instructors supporting them every step of the way, participants are fully supervised in a safe and controlled environment.
