Rutland County Council has worked with local residents who have first hand experience of adult social care services to develop a new online resource.
They say they will continue to work with the Experts by Experience Participation Group and social care professionals who co-designed the new pages. The new online platform aims to make it easier for people to find clear accessible information, to help them live independently, stay well and access the right support at the right time, including self-help. The new site supports the Rutland County Council commitment to empowering residents, supporting independence and improving access to information as part of its wider adult social care strategy.
