Rutland's Police and Crime Commissioner has set aside £75,000 to help protect young women and girls from sexual violence.
Community based groups, grassroots organisations, charities and sports and youth clubs are invited to apply for a grant to cover the costs of the training package, support and guidance. Rupert Matthews says they're offering more support to victims but that the crime is increasing, particularly with the rise in digital technology. Groups interested in applying for the course need to contact him by the 14th of October.
