MindSpace listeners will be on hand for anyone who needs to talk about issues that might be troubling them, from work stress and wellbeing worries to problems at home. 

Please note - The session on Thursday 27th November will be held at the MindSpace wellbeing hub, 6 Red Lion Street, Stamford.

This session is open to all at no cost, but we would welcome a suggested donation of £3 if you are able to. All donations go towards supporting the overall operations of the charity.
