Buttercream Basics Cake Class

You will be provided with :

- 1 pre baked 6 inch cake to decorate
- all tools and equipment required
- my vanilla cake and buttercream recipe
- unlimited tea and coffee (please bring your own lunch)

You will be learn :

- how to layer and fill your cake
- how to prepare buttercream for crumb coating and covering your cake including how to colour your buttercream
- how to crumb coat and cover your cake with a smooth and flawless finish
- piping skills to make your very own Lambeth style cake

At the end of the class, you get to take your cake home to enjoy.

This class is for a maximum of 4 students.
