Learn how to :
- make American buttercream
- layer and fill a cake
- prepare your buttercream for crumb coating and covering the cake including how to colour your buttercream
- crumb coat and cover the cake with a smooth and flawless finish
- pipe to make your very own Lambeth style cake
At the end of the class, you get to take your finished cake home to enjoy.
All equipment/tools, a prebaked 6” heart shaped cake, tea, coffee and light lunch will be provided.
