Cambridgeshire Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision on the A1 on Saturday night at Stibbington
where a two year old boy died. The boy, from London, was in a Toyota Auris which had broken down in the carriage way and was struck by a Volkswagen Touran at around 6:20pm on Saturday evening. Five other people in the Toyota were taken to Peterborough City Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the Volkswagen, a 64 year old man from Peterborough, was slightly injured. He's been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has been released on bail until the 20th of March. If you have dashcam footage of the moments before or witness to the collision on Saturday night at Stibbington, you're being asked to contact Cambridgeshire Police.
