The NHS is launching a new seven day a week service at Rutland Memorial Hospital from next Wednesday
the 1st of April. They say to help a growing population and to simplify two services that ran side by side. The minor illness and injury service will run between 1:00 and 9:00pm including walk-ins for minor injuries and bookable appointments for minor illnesses by your GP or 111. X-Ray services will be available in Oakham from 11:00am to 7:00pm on Mondays, as well as the regular Wednesdays and Thursdays from two weeks into the new service on Cold Overton Road in Oakham. It follows a public consultation which ran last year.
