A meeting to hear locals' concerns about the A1 was full to capacity last night as Alicia Kearns heard from residents at South Witham Village Hall.
The Rutland and Stamford MP says it's helped her work with the government and highways experts to make the Great North Road safer in the future.
‘The outcome is for me to have an even clearer idea of what I am fighting for. What I'm working to do and how I could help make our communities feel safer when they're on the A1. So we can drive down the number of accidents and make sure that we are as safe as possible when we are commuting or driving on the A1 as local residents’.
