Today is the International Day of Reflection for COVID-19 and open air ceremonies are
being held in Stamford, Bourne, Market Deeping and Grantham this afternoon by South Kesteven District Council. In Stamford and Bourne the event are outside the leisure pools. In Stamford Deputy Mayor, Jane Kingman, will be there along with poet laureate, Ross Ayres. Memory trees have been made for each of the four by Dom Brister from the Bourne mental health charity, Don't Lose Hope, where you are invited to tie a ribbon on to remember someone lost in the pandemic. All the events begin at 2:00pm.
