Rutland County Council's offices at Catmose House will remain closed to the public until next Tuesday
following an incident earlier this week. The council says face-to-face customer service will be reinstated from the 26th of August. It's not been revealed exactly what happened to prompt that council to close their reception this week, but they've said safety of their employees is a top priority.
