Deepings Community Library is celebrating its 10th birthday today
with free drinks, cakes and face painting. They also have a free raffle and balloon artist. The event at the library in Market Deeping is on between 10:00am and 2:30pm. It became volunteer run after Lincolnshire County Council withdrew funding as part of £2 million budget cut affecting 30 libraries in the county.
