Rutland County Council has organised a free drop in recruitment event today for early years careers
at the museum in Oakham. They say there is a local and national shortage of staff in this area, both recruiting and retaining them. The event, which runs between 9:00am and 1:00pm, has representatives from local colleges, the Department of Work and Pensions, Rutland County Council themselves as well as people who are already employed in early years who you can chat to.
