Messenger Construction switched on their tree just off Main Street in Collyweston with the help of two members of Birch Tree Cafe at Easton on the Hill, and invited the local community to join them for hot chocolate, mulled wine and mince pies.
Joseph and Luke from Birch Tree pushed the plunger, and Messenger Managing Director Paul Gibbons told us about their support for the local community, including fundraising for the shop through a competition about the number of lights:
