Parts of the Ketton shop and post office have been yarn bombed ready for VE Day.
The Knit & Natter group have created woolly characters of all the forces as well as knitted bunting and signs. Mary Thompson from the group says they've had lots of positive comments since they put it up last week and that they were able to recycle some of the display from previous projects.
‘We didn’t decide until after Christmas. We kept a lot of the flowers and bunting from other times. We washed it and put it back away so we didn't have an awful lot to do but it's surprising what there was to do’.
