   The parents of this year's Manton Bay Osprey chicks are expected to stay around for a few more days, despite the final two chicks beginning their migration just over a week ago.

  Rutland County Council is making it easier to pay for parking, particularly for drivers who use pay parking in other counties, after joining a government scheme which allows different apps to be used using the national parking platform.

• Rutland County Council working on replacing county signs

  Rutland County Council says plans are being worked on to reinstate county boundary signs after 10 were suspected stolen, and the remaining 17 were taken down as a precaution.
