Stamford Police say investigations are ongoing after a motorcyclist was arrested in the town on Thursday night after he collided with a wall on North Street.
The rider, a 29 year old man, suffered serious injuries and was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital. He was arrested on suspicion of being over the prescribed legal limits. The road was closed for a time on Thursday evening to allow emergency services to work in the area.
