There's a new place to drop off unused crutches, walking frames, and raisers for chairs and toilets with a blue Medequip return bin at Rutland Memorial Hospital in Oakham.
Located near the hospital's main entrance, the bin is a partnership between Rutland County Council, Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, and Medequip. It's hoped the new facility can help reduce waste, and anyone placing equipment in the bin is asked to make sure the Medequip barcode is easily visible.
