Oakham Library reopens today after three weeks of work.
Whilst the main library area is accessible building works continue in some areas of the building. They're hoping public computers will be operational too from today. Once the work is fully completed there will be a new community room, a refreshed children's area and a more accessible reception desk as part of the Living Well project.
