Oakham Library reopens fully this morning after heavy rain last Thursday was believed to have caused damage to the building.
Staff have been operating a click-and-collect service at the door since then, and today all services are restored, including IT, printing and photocopying. There is, though, limited access to large print, children's and teen books whilst they put everything back in order.
