There's a chance to question the NHS on proposals to merge two services at Rutland Memorial Hospital as the Oakham Medical Practice Patient Participation Group meets at the C of E Primary School tonight on Burley Road.
Speakers from the Integrated Care Board will explain how they plan to bring together the Minor Injuries Unit and the Urgent Care Centre, which will be open for eight hours a day at the hospital in Oakham. There are concerns from the PPG that despite 7 day opening, not all services, such as x rays, would operate every day, and walk ins are restricted in the mornings.
