Rutland Police are appealing for information after a man died after his car hit a tree near Ketton.
Officers were called at 7:20 on Friday night and found the man, in his 30s, had been pulled from the car by a witness as his black Astra was on fire. Both Leicestershire Fire and Rescue and East Midlands Ambulance Service attended. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The car was travelling on Ketton Road towards North Luffenham. Police say they know who was travelling behind another vehicle and they would like to speak to the driver of the other car and anyone who has any information or dash cam footage of the Astra as it was leaving Ketton.
