There's a week to go until the Rutland Variety performance.
The night in memory of Oakham fundraiser, teacher and community supporter Lorna Grey includes immersive pre-show entertainment alongside food and drink and 16 acts on the bill at Oakham School’s Queen Elizabeth Theatre. From the D'ukes of Rutland to the Hound Dogs, singer Sophie Hurst, to trumpeter Steve Foster, Rutland Voices Youth Choir as well as riders, Dancing Dads and a fire artist. All money raised will go to Supershoes, a charity which provides customised footwear for children fighting cancer.
