Rutland Water Junior Park Run hailed a success

The Rutland Water Junior parkrun says their celebration of school sports last Sunday was their most successful event ever.

Participants between 4 and 14 years old were invited to wear their school sports kit for the weekly event. As well as 177 runners, they also had their 15,000 finisher come across the line. The free event takes place every Sunday morning at 9:00 from Normanton Church after a briefing 15 minutes before.
