Black bins are being swapped over in Rutland this week as the county gets ready for separate food waste collections.
The county council is asking you to leave out your black bin on your normal collection date, where it will be emptied and swapped with a new, smaller one. Food caddies will begin to be delivered from next week. If you have medical needs or young children and think you need to keep a larger black bin you're being asked to contact Rutland County Council and explain your circumstances.
