83 year old Judith Wade from Stamford took up running after beginning walks in lockdown. Judith, who was born with hip problems had several operations in her 40s, and decided she needed a new challenge after walking to help raise funds for a well, supporting George Hetherington's walk.
On Saturday 1st February, Judith Wade from Stamford took part in her 100th Rutland Water Parkrun, on the same day she also turned 83. Judith was supported by friends and family, and fellow Parkrunners. She told Rob Persani more about her fitness journey, and her motivation:
