MindSpace in Stamford has launched a series of Team Well-being Days for businesses
to support our local workforce in looking after their mental health. The workshops can be tailored to suit your requirements and will help raise funds for the charity as well as giving workers the chance to take time out. They are based in the wellbeing garden, but also will be available at the William Cecil if the weather lends itself to an indoor space. Pip Tiffin, People and Operations Lead at MindSpace Stamford, says they hope it will build even stronger links with businesses.
‘We're very fortunate we get businesses volunteering for us and fund raising for us and we now want to be able to give back and really promote wellbeing truly means. Looking after your teams, pressing pause, promoting connection with ourselves and each other, hopefully increasing productivity and retention at the same time’.
