A free day long lifestyle event is taking place today at Oakham Castle.
Know More, Live Well sees the NHS, Rutland County Council's, RISE team and other local organisations promoting wellness through awareness, prevention and changing habits and routines. The event is open between 10:00am and 7:00pm for adults and children to drop in and chat to a variety of organisations. There's also blood pressure checks, support for type 2 diabetes, mental health, oral health as well as stop smoking services, alcohol consumption, nutrition help and physical activity.
