Work to enhance the general entrance around Stamford and Rutland Hospital will take place through next month.
Dropped kerbs and tactile paving will be installed at the Uffington Road entrance next week and the entrance to the main hospital site and BUPA next door on Ryhall Road will be worked on from the 26th of January for around five further days. The Northwest Anglia Trust says the work won't impact hospital services, patients or parking and will take place overnight from 9:00pm to 6:00am to keep disruption to a minimum. Temporary traffic lights are expected to be in place to manage and control vehicles on the site on both the Ryhall Road and Uffington Road sides at times.
