Power in the Park

This strongman competition has grown year on year since 2022 and is the only of its kind, to run alongside team GB disabled, where men and women from various categories compete to be the strongest in their class.

This year the event is being held at Longfield Academy and is set to be bigger and better than EVER, with various stalls, classic cars and even a world record attempt.

It's a fantastic family day out, and this year's event will be held on Saturday the 16th of August and I'm hopeful that once again, we can inspire others to get fitter and stronger whilst having lots of fun.
