Come and discover the fantastic sport of rugby at our Women & Girls' Open Day!

It's a FREE, fun session – perfect for learning new skills, making friends, and getting active! No experience necessary, just bring your enthusiasm!
What to bring:
- Comfortable sportswear (i.e, t-shirt, shorts, or leggings)
- Trainers or rugby boots (if you have them)
- A water bottle
- Loads of energy and a smile!
Rest assured, you'll be coached by RFU qualified coaches, all with enhanced DBS checks and First Aid qualifications. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities!
