Start your morning with a gentle, uplifting 1 hour yoga session in the White Space Garden, led by Laura Jekyll, on alternating Saturday mornings at 9:30 AM. Surrounded by nature, this outdoor class is the perfect way to welcome the season, slow down, and reconnect.
What to expect:
A relaxed, all-levels yoga flow
Fresh air, birdsong, and a peaceful garden setting
A chance to stretch, breathe, and reset
Meeting point: Meet Laura at 9:15 AM in the Coffee Room, and we’ll walk to the garden together.
