It's likely the remaining two osprey chicks at Manton Bay will fledge very soon after the oldest 8R5 took a long flight yesterday.
All three will remain in the area, though coming back to the nest for food provided by mum and dad, Maya and 33. The two youngest have both been helicoptering this morning, taking off for a short time and landing back on the nest.
Rick Wilson from the Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust at Lyndon says it's all happening pretty much as expected.
"We always know it's close when the talons disappear up into the top of the screen, if you like. We know it's never too far away then, but it is great to watch their reaction as well. And as you've probably seen on the webcam, but the other two are sort of doing their best as well, so it really won't be too long for those two either."
