Bikeability is continuing in Rutland's primary schools thanks to support from Uppingham Community College.
Since Active Rutland was slimmed down, there were fears over the future of the programme. This national initiative equips children with essential road safety awareness and practical cycling skills, supporting their development into safer, more confident road users. Rutland County Council, School Sports Partnership and UCC will work together to deliver the courses beginning after the Easter break.
