The final installation of Stamford's Christmas lights has been taking place overnight after the tree was put into position on Thursday.
Official lights switch on from Stamford Town Council will be with Rutland and Stamford Sound, the Mayor and the primary school choirs and will take place this Thursday from 5:00pm in Red Lion Square with late night shopping in the town.
