Volunteers in Stamford on the Community Speedwatch are encouraging drivers to think
even more about their speed as conditions worsen during the cold winter weather. They monitored 183 vehicles on Casterton Road during an hour on Thursday afternoon this week and found 43 were between 31 and 34 miles an hour in a 30 limit and 15 were driving between 35 and 39 miles an hour. They are asking drivers to slow down in Stamford.
