Rutland Police says road safety and drug possession continue to be neighbourhood priorities
in the county after they arrested a driver just after midnight, who pulled out without their headlights on near a pub. They found the vehicle had no valid insurance. The driver tested positive for alcohol and was also in possession of Class A and Class B controlled drugs.The driver is expected to appear in court.
