The Rutland Water Junior parkrun is celebrating its 7th birthday this morning,
with fancy dress encouraged for the young runners and a chance to sign up for free to the Anna's Hope Fun Run in Peterborough next month. Carole Hughes from the Stamford based charity, which helps children and young people with brain tumours, is going along to encourage more Rutland Junior Park runners to take place in the Peterborough 5K on the 12th of October, which also features the APG Great Eastern Half Marathon.
