Rutland County Council's new Local Plan has received positive feedback
from the independent Planning Inspector. The council's overall approach to sites has been praised and following hearings late last year, they agree with a series of main modifications which will then be subject to a six week public consultation. Once that's done, Rutland’s Local Plan should be sound and legally compliant. The inspectors post hearing letter and further information about the local plan examination are available on the Rutland County Council website.
