A wave of light will make its way around Oakham town centre at dusk with the annual Magical Lantern Walk.
Its traditions include marking the end of the agricultural calendar and this year the theme is group lanterns that need 2 or more people to carry. The procession meets at All Saints Church at 4:45pm and then walks to the Oakham Castle grounds where the Cafe will be open and Rutland Morris will perform.
