A 36 year old man from Swinstead has been arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage
after police were called to South Kesteven's buildings in Grantham and Stamford on Sunday evening. Within 45 minutes of each other, The Picture House, which is the district council's headquarters in Grantham, and Stamford Arts Centre, both had windows smashed. Lincolnshire Police say their investigation is ongoing.
