Reform has officially taken control of Lincolnshire County Council
after a meeting yesterday to appoint a new team. Councillor Sean Matthews, who represents Tattershall Castle, has been elected leader, replacing Conservative Martin Hill who stepped down from leading his group after 20 years. Spalding East councillor Rob Gibson, also representing Reform, is the new deputy leader. The party won 44 out of 70 seats on Lincolnshire County Council at the recent local elections.
