Four candidates have been announced at the close of nominations for the Oakham Northwest Rutland County Council seat.
The by-election was called following the death of Councillor Hannah Edwards. Standing for the seat on the 21st of November are Ben Callaghan from Reform UK, Linda Chatfield for the Lib Dems, Conservative Christopher Clark and Katie Ross for the Labour Party. The deadline to vote in the by-election is the 5th of November with postal and proxy vote applications and evenings at the end by the 6th.
