Today sees the return of the free Oakham Town Band concerts organised by Oakham Town Council.
They kick off this afternoon at Cutts Close Park with local favourites The Hound Dogs from 2:30pm. The concerts are, as always, a varied programme from the Hathern Band in the middle of August to the Rutland Big band for the Armed Forces afternoon in a fortnight and continue weekly with lots of live music until the end of the summer.
