with a record-breaking 1,000 swimmers taking part. Distances for Swim Rutland range between 500 metres and 8 kilometres, catering for all abilities and interests. The course runs between Normanton and Whitwell and the two kilometre course includes a trip on the Rutland Belle to start from the south shore.
