Oakham School is celebrating an outstanding set of International Baccalaureate diploma results this week with one student achieving the maximum 45 points and nine scoring 40 points or more, which is more than last year.
Those taking the IB also achieved an average of 34.8 points, well above the global average. Students are now progressing to leading universities, including Oxford, UCL, Durham, Edinburgh and Warwick, alongside international destinations in Canada, Spain, and the United States. Oakham is one of the leading UK schools to offer the qualification, which they started over 25 years ago, alongside A Levels and also BTECs.
