Police seek three men in connection with violent assault in Stamford

Following lengthy investigations, police are still seeking three men in connection with a violent assault that occurred in Stamford two months ago.

Police in Stamford are hoping to identify three men so they can speak to them in connection with two assaults on men in their 20s on North Street back in June.  Following the attack, one man assaulted was left unconscious and the other sustained a broken jaw which needed extensive hospital treatment.  CCTV images of the men they’d like to identify are on social media and the Lincolnshire Police website.  The attack happened at around 2:30am on Saturday 12th of June on North Street in Stamford, by Recreation Ground Road.

Police are asking anyone who recognises any of the three men to contact them, anonymously if necessary. More information, including contact details, can be found here: Stamford assaults: we would like to speak to these men (lincs.police.uk)
