Rotary Club history made in Oakham

History was made in Oakham last night as the first Ukrainian Rotary Club in the UK

was officially formed with support from the Rotary Club of Rutland along with Uppingham, Melton and the District. Fifteen new members of the Ukrainian Rotary Impact Club are already beginning their first project after they organised a fundraising welcome dinner at the Catmose Club last night. They are collecting wheelchairs, crutches and walking aids to send home to help those in need.
